Who we are

This site belongs to True Vision Exteriors LLC, working across Columbus and the east side of central Ohio. If you want to talk to a person about anything on this page, call 614-701-0806 or email truevisionexteriors@gmail.com.

What we collect

What you type into the booking form. Your name, phone number, email address, property address, the day and time window you picked, and anything you write in the notes box. We collect it for one reason: so somebody can show up at your property at the time you asked for, and call you if something changes.

Basic information about your visit. Which pages were opened, how the site was reached, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. This is used in aggregate to work out which pages are useful and which are not. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold to anybody.

Photographs of your property, if you book an inspection. The roof report is made of pictures of your house. They are used to write your report, to support an insurance claim if you make one, and for nothing else without asking you first.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information. Not to lead brokers, not to anybody.
• We do not send marketing you did not ask for. Booking an inspection puts you in the diary, not on a mailing list.
• We do not take payment on this website. No card details are entered here or stored here.
• We do not publish photographs of your house without asking you first.

Who else sees it

The people who need to in order to do the work: the crew coming to your property, the software we use to run the diary and send the notification email, and, if you are making a claim and ask us to, your insurer and their adjuster. Those providers process the information on our instructions and are not free to use it for their own purposes.

True Vision Exteriors and A.S.H. Tree Service are the same owner and share a phone number. If a tree has come through your roof and you ask us to handle both halves of that, the details move across. That only happens if you ask for it.

How long we keep it

Inspection reports, job records and the photographs that support them are kept while they are useful for running the business and for the period we are required to keep business records. A claim can be reopened long after the work, which is the main reason the photographs are kept rather than deleted at completion.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Email truevisionexteriors@gmail.com or call 614-701-0806 and ask. We will tell you what we hold and delete it if you want it gone, except anything we are legally required to keep on a completed job. You do not need to give a reason.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep it working and to count visits. Your browser settings can block or clear them at any time. Blocking them will not stop you booking.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the change will be here. Continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies.
