You have a vision, we make it a reality

True Vision Exteriors is a central Ohio exteriors and remodeling contractor: roofing and storm work first, then the decks, fences and interiors that the same crews build the rest of the year.

Show the homeowner what we found

Most people never see their own roof. That asymmetry is what the bad end of this trade runs on: a contractor points at a slope you cannot inspect, names a number, and you either trust it or you do not.

So every job starts with photographs. Every slope, every penetration, and a written report you keep whether or not you hire us. If the answer is a repair we say repair. A roofer who tells you the truth at the four hundred dollar decision is the one you call back at the fourteen thousand dollar one.

Two businesses, one phone

True Vision Exteriors and A.S.H. Tree Service are the same owner and answer on the same number. That is not a marketing arrangement, it is genuinely useful in one specific and common situation: a tree comes through a roof in a storm.

In that case one call gets the crew that takes the tree off and the crew that puts the roof back, with one set of photographs supporting one insurance claim, rather than two contractors each waiting on the other.

What the year looks like

  1. Storm season is roofing Central Ohio takes wind and hail most years. After a front the work is inspections, claims and replacements, and it is time sensitive because the insurance clock runs from the storm date.
  2. The rest of the year is everything else Decks, patios, fencing and interior remodeling. The same carpentry, on a schedule you get to choose rather than one a storm chose for you.
  3. The quote is written before anything starts Scope, materials and price on paper. Changes get priced and agreed before they happen, not discovered on the final invoice.
