Before you book

The questions everybody asks.

Can I book before deciding whether to file a claim?

Yes. Start with a free on-site visit. We document the condition, explain your options, and help prepare information for your insurer if you choose to pursue a claim. Direct-pay work is welcome, too. Your insurer determines coverage.

Is it genuinely free?

Yes. The inspection and explanation cost nothing whether we find damage or none. There is no obligation to hire us.

Will a claim put my premium up?

Ask your insurer how a claim could affect your premium. We can document the roof condition; your insurer explains the policy and makes coverage decisions.

How long do I have after a storm?

Deadlines vary by policy. Contact your insurer promptly to ask what applies to your claim and what documentation they need.

What if you find damage and my claim is denied?

Your insurer decides coverage. We can explain our findings and quote a direct-pay repair if needed.

Do I have to use you?

No. The report is yours and you can take it anywhere. A report you cannot use elsewhere is a report you cannot trust.

Drone, or actually on the roof?

We use safe access appropriate for your roof. We will explain what we could inspect, photograph the findings, and flag any area that could not be safely reached.

My neighbors are getting repairs. Do I need one?

Nearby work does not tell you the condition of your roof. An inspection can show whether anything needs attention at your property.

Roof damage can go unnoticed until the next rain.

Find out what needs attention before the next heavy rain. Request a preferred time and we will call to confirm.
